Bob Karklins

Bob is a career facilitator with over 30 years experience in the steel industry.

Beginning with a background in operations, he has acquired expertise in process improvement, project leadership, employee engagement and skills development.

Most recently he has been involved at the community college level establishing an apprenticeship centre for Indigenous clients as well as projects providing labour market information for international projects.

Bob is based out of Sault Ste. Marie and focused on CSTEC efforts within the Algoma District.

In his spare time, Bob is an avid 4 seasons outdoorsman enjoying all that Northern Ontario has to offer, particularly fishing and skiing.
