Ken Delaney

Managing Director

Ken Delaney is an accomplished management, policy and labour relations professional with a lot of experience working for unions and joint labour/management boards.
His diverse work history includes acting as the Executive Director of the Canadian Skills Training and Employment Coalition (CSTEC); serving as Managing Partner at Prism Economics and Analysis; creating and managing a private equity fund that invested in Ontario based SMEs; holding senior positions in the United Steelworkers; advising McMaster University on the creation of the Automotive Policy Research Centre; and advising the Alberta Government on its approach to support workers and communities impacted by the retirements of coal fired power plants.

Ken has undergraduate degrees in Economics and in Business Administration from the University of Windsor, and a graduate degree in Industrial Relations from Wayne State University in Detroit.
