Ralph Medaglia

Ralph is the Regional Coordinator Northern Ontario, for the Canadian Skills Training & Employment Coalition (CSTEC), an organization that provides support and promotes jobs in the trades, primarily to the broader manufacturing industry.

Prior to joining CSTEC, Ralph gained more than 45 years of progressive experience at the Algoma Central Railway, Tenaris Algoma Tubes and Algoma Steel Inc. He held a variety of positions including Engineering Supervisor, Mechanical Superintendent and most recently as Senior Training and Apprenticeships Coordinator. He is the Co-Chair of the Sault College Mechanical Engineering Advisory Committee as well as a member of the Electrical Engineering Advisory Committee.

Ralph holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology as well as a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering.
